My nearly 10year old son has autism and it has been 5 years since he was diagnosed and in that time he has taught me so so much. All kids are special but these kids are extra special and Im a much stronger person for it, although I still have moments where I cry and wish I could make things alot easier for him. Baby steps good things take time I have just found your blog, and skimming through it and came to this post and I totally agree with you.
